   • Budget Review
     1. TSSA – Waiting on clerical adjustments.
     2. Land trust – $48,000 left – where we need to be.

• Safety Drills
  1. Fire drill in January – improvements identified.  Will have a second drill to work on identified areas.

• Health & Safety Updates
  1. School is in Tier 3 for Covid level.  Communication was sent from the district and school.  Many Tier 3 protocols were already in effect. Planned programs will be held in individual classes without mixing cohorts.

• New Building Updates
  1. The new building should be ready on Sept. 30
  2. Teachers will start working on boxing up things near the end of this year.
  3. SCC is concerned about time for teachers to pack/unpack and get settled. Leslie will check with the district to see what time is allotted.
  4. SCC would like to see the school in “ready” condition when the students move there. Students moved into some of the other new CSD schools when they weren’t ready (furniture, etc.)
• New 2022-23 School Plans
  1. At the next meeting, members should come prepared to discuss new options to include in TSSP and LandTrust.  Leslie suggested looking at increased SEL needs.
