Motion to begin meeting by Philip Jones, seconded by Rachel Stoddard

1. Action Items
   1. Approve Meeting Minutes from November
   2. SCC 101 online at https://www.canyonsdistrict.org/scc/training/ for those new to serving on the SCCs
      1. Please attend if you haven’t yet
2. Discussion Items
   1. MOY data – at least 80% of students in K-5 will achieve typical or above typical growth measured by fall to winter Acadience Pathways
      1. Achieved 88% for Reading
      2. Achieved 89% for Math
   2. Review the current year’s TSSP/Land Trust Goals and their progress.
      1. Met all the Land Trust goals in 2024-2025
      2. Goal 1a – revise to 82%
      3. Other goals (math, science, etc) stay the same
      4. Climate goals – Goal getters and SRSS-IE Internalizing Behaviors
   3. Review current year’s expenditures, and review if on course or if amendments are necessary.
      1. On track
      2. Hired 2 people recently to help the teachers
   4. Begin discussions about TSSP and LAND Trust plans for next school year.
   5. TSSP will be worked on by school and goals/direction shared with SCC for input.
   6. SCC will write and develop a LAND Trust plan to address one or more academic goals from TSSP.
   7. Final report for previous year’s plan due to be submitted by principal to School Performance by end of January.
