Questions: Do you want more money to close the gap for the online kids? Has there been discussion about what online might look like? Should we expect to have all kids back in-person?
Online has not been shut down, but it is not guaranteed to be there next year. Board will consider this learning option. .
GOALS:
Reading Inventory has an expected growth component. This can be researched as a progress monitoring tool for older students.
Second steps program – social emotional program. New goals will be focused on social skills and bully prevention.
Allocation of money for Land Trust. Technology Goal is 1:1, the district goal is 1:1. Some of the funds usually allocated in Land Trust and TSSP can be shifted, since the district will be moving to 1:1.
Include supplemental reading materials for all classes in new plans.
Interventionist for goal gaps. Look into what can we do for kids to encourage continued growth at all levels.
Include consideration for students at higher levels and returning online students
TSSP:
1 chromebook order ready to go. This will probably go to 3rd grade.
There is a discrepancy in the funding allocation for the behavior assistant. We are currently working on moving the funding to the TSSP budget. This may look like surplus funds at this point, but there won’t be one when accounting is fixed.
The Question was raised, “What happens to the old Chromebooks?” Can we sell them at a discount?

Bus Survey – Only 6 kids have not replied.
All families will be contacted before/during Parent Teacher Conferences, then confirmed by email on March 30.
Question: Is there any plan to have school/district supervision at drop off sites? No, buses are being provided as a courtesy. State guidelines are very specific about rules regarding pick up and drop off. PTA will provide courtesy checks the first week.
Students are assigned seats by family according to Covid recommendations. The transportation department will make seating charts when they have the names of all students.
Field Trip will be March 31st for kids.
Families will need to be notified that there will be NO “Park and Pickup until all busses and cars are gone. It is hazardous to cross the lanes during those times.
