Budgets

• Land trust – $54,000
• TSSA – $68,000

We are where we expected. Will start thinking about expenses & budgets in February.

Safety Drills

• Did bomb threat drill that went well
• ESCAPE drill completed by staff

SEL Goal

• Need to remove Second Steps from TSSP since it is no longer approved by CSD.
• Motion to remove the second step goal and any other references
  • Heather makes a motion to remove
  • Tami seconds the motion

SCC voted 4 to 3 to remove the Second Steps curriculum from TSSP as directed by the district.

Health & Wellness Plan

• Peruvian has been in the green for COVID status
• Change mask breaks to be optional instead of required
• Remove verbiage to sanitize computers every day since computers are 1 to 1.
• Revise so that drinking fountains will be covered at fountains with water bottle stations.
• Remove from dismissal section
  • Remove bullets 2 & 3
• Breakfast section
  • Remove “obtaining food”
• Classroom section
  • Change to seating that optimizes social distancing
  • Remove “Prosper mask wearing and removal”
  • Leave doors open when possible
• Brain boosters
  • Library can resume to normal schedule
  • Add art for 4th & 5th grade in the art room
  • Brain booster teachers will push into classrooms “when necessary”
• Assemblies
  • Change to small group assemblies which aligns with yellow tier
• Jessica motions to approve
  • Heather seconds
  • Motion passes unanimous
