Notes from Bus Stops:
Line up on the sidewalk
Stay on the sidewalk, not on the park strip.
Lunches are going great, no problems with the two schedules.
- COVID protocols
Protocols to keep after this year:
Increased hand washing
Hand sanitizer
Free lunch!
Eliminated recess Zones. Seems to be working well.
- Budget review
TSSP: Put new payroll formulas in last month, will review again on May 1st
Behavior assistant salary is allocated over 12 months, so projection will need to account for encumbered funds over summer.
There is a signature glitch with the documents. We may have to sign again electronically. More information coming from School Performance
The Land Trust Budget for next year is about 10K larger than we were expecting. Student body estimated at 570, but Leslie thinks enrollment won’t be that large. The budget will stay the same for now until we receive allocation next year.
- New Business:
There is an open voting member spot for next year
Fridays – Not going to change for this school year.
Volunteers: Must have both vaccinations or you can get tested at the district. Card is good for 14 days.
Waiting until after May 1st to see what Volunteers will be (thinking of Field Day).
5th Grade Celebration – Work with PTA
Kick Ball Game might be ok with some modifications.
1 First Grade teacher position available
District has granted permission for kids to come in if they need additional help on Friday
RISE Testing starting this week and continuing to next.
