Future Students of Peruvian Park

STUDENTS THAT ARE NEW TO CANYONS SCHOOL DISTRICT

Please be prepared to upload scanned copies of the following forms:

• Child’s original or certified birth certificate
• Proof of Residency (Mortgage/Lease agreement, Current Utility Bill, Drivers License)
• Immunizations

CURRENT CANYONS DISTRICT STUDENTS TRANSFERRING TO PERUVIAN PARK

If you have a child that will be five years of age on or before September 1, 2024 the child qualifies for kindergarten this fall. State law requires that all school districts in Utah abide by the same September 1st entrance cut-off date.

If you have an incoming kindergarten student, please complete the following:

• Begin the enrollment process online by creating a Temporary Account for New Student Enrollment . You will be asked to upload your students birth certificate, immunizations, and proof of residency during this process.
• We offer Full Day kindergarten classes with the option for Half Day if requested. If you would prefer the half day option, please contact our office once you have enrolled so that we can make note of your request.

BACK TO SCHOOL REGISTRATION

Registration happens 2-3 weeks before school begins.  You should receive an email reminding you to register.  Registration is done through Skyward, a Canyons District website/app where you access your child’s school records.  If you are new to Canyons District you will create a Skyward account during the enrollment process.
