Discussion Items

1. Share and discuss 2025-2026 year’s LAND Trust/TSSP goals
2. Review next year’s goals

1. Climate goal discussion – Look at reducing the amount of sweets in classrooms as external motivation – will be a working goal
2. Goal Getter rewards – looking into more long-term larger prizes along with the immediate smaller rewards
3. Decrease amount of tardies – incentive for class and targeted students
   1. Parent conversation so dual effort with student, teachers, parents
   2. Will revisit this to see if it’s applicable in October 2025
4. ML goals
   1. Reading, writing, speaking goals

2. Goals will be signed and submitted to the state
3. Budget for next year
   1. Social worker salary is not covered by district – required position by district for social-emotional needs of students
      1. Increase budget by $2300.00+
   2. MTSS position not paid for by the district but possibly partially paid for
