1. Membership
   1. Heather Watson has not attended a meeting this and was removed from SCC per the bylaws.
2. 2023-2024 School Plans
   1. Goals
      1. BLT suggested moving Land Trust goal to 85% for reading.
      2. TSSA goals to remain the same
   2. Expenditures
      1. Working to make sure we are within the percentage of unspent funds at the end of the year
      2. Plan for more teacher  professional days with next year’s budget to plan curriculum, follow student data, etc.
      3. Software: evaluating licensing needs for Dreambox and other software
      4. Plan will be created using SCC and BLT feedback. Approval for this plan will be sent via email after BLT makes final revisions.
3. Budget
   1. TSSP – Projected 4% leftover
   2. Landtrust – Large amount leftover — more than 10%.  Absences of intervention assistants resulted in surplus funds.  Purchase additional software with the surplus per directives in plan.
4. Building updates
   1. Still working out issues
   2. Kindergarten playground is almost finished
5. New teachers hired
   1. Two new teachers for next year
